What is your return policy?
I do not require returns but if your order has an issue I am willing to issue a partial or full refund upon receiving photo evidence. Once items are used or worn, unfortunately they cannot be eligible for a partial or full refund, especially in cases of customer error.
- Clothing and merch should be machine washed on a cold and gentle cycle and air dried. Tote bags may shrink in the dryer!
- Cups and dishware should be hand washed only using warm soapy water.
Where do you ship from and what carrier do you use?
I use USPS (United States Postal Service) to send from Richmond, VA. Orders ship in 3-7 business days. If your order is larger than 12x10x8 inches or heavier than 2 US lbs it may be sent using UPS.
If you are shopping internationally, the cost of shipping is by weight. Before shipping, I weigh each item. If you have overpaid for shipping, the overage amount will be returned to you via your original payment method. Usually payments are received 1-10 business days after they are processed by me.
Can you make me a custom mold?
I can often accommodate single custom mold requests using shapes that I currently sell. I do not make custom designed or 3D printed molds. If you have any sort of customs inquiry please contact me via Instagram

Can I combine two separate orders into one shipped package?
Yes, but it may cost you less for me to send both items separately depending on if their combined weight is more than one US pound (lb.).
Two molds typically weigh more than one US pound. In order for me to combine your shipping, you must send me a message at the time of purchase. Include your order number and name of the person you are shipping to. (email@example.com)
Are your sales always at the same time?
No. I have some items in stock at all times, other items are made weekly and sold at a certain time. I have sales weekly on Wednesdays at 7:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. (If you would like to see what time that is for you, it is the same time zone as New York City.) Occasionally I have flash sales that are announced on my Instagram: @MoonNoodleShop
Do you ship internationally?
I do, but please keep in mind that the cost of shipping can be expensive depending on where you live. All shipment prices are determined by USPS and UPS using weight and size of items purchased.
